The Georgian national football team is leading in three team statistics at the ongoing European Championship in Germany, according to data from the UEFA website.
The squad, coached by Willy Sagnol, takes the lead with 55 tackles, 134 balls recovered and 20 saves at the tournament.
In individual figures, striker Georges Mikautadze has become the top scorer of the Championship with three goals, and also has one assist to his account.
The team on Wednesday defeated Portugal 2-0 in their final group stage match and advanced to the playoff round as the best third-placed squad from group F.
Forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored in the second minute of the match, before the team doubled their lead in the 57th minute through a penalty by Mikautadze, after Luka Lochoshvili was brought down in the Portugal box.
The squad will face Spain on Sunday.
