The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in partnership with communications agency Zinc Network will develop a series of public service announcements to bust vaccine myths in Georgia, inform the public about the benefits of getting vaccinated and share fact-based information about vaccines.
The Covid-19 response activities will total $5.4 million in new assistance from the American people to the Georgian people, civil society, and others", announced USAID today.
USAID announced that additional programmes and trusted international partners will be announced in the coming months.

The Covid-19 response activities aim to facilitate increased access to safe and effective Covid-19 vaccines, with a focus on vulnerable and hard to reach populations, and to further strengthen the ability of Georgia’s healthcare system to prevent, detect and respond to cases of Covid-19.
