The Noble Partner 2020 multinational military exercise will kick in Georgia off tomorrow.
Over 2,700 servicemen from the Georgian Defence Forces will team up with their counterparts from the United States, France, United Kingdom and Poland and gather at the Vaziani Military Airfield.

The military drills are designed 'to enhance regional partnerships and increase US force readiness and interoperability in a realistic, multinational training environment'.
The Noble Partner allows participants to conduct situational training exercises, live-fire exercises, and combined mechanized maneuvers.
It demonstrates that NATO allies and partners 'stand stronger together with U.S. commitment to stability and security in the region'.

The Georgian Defence Forces and US Army Europe cooperatively-led exercise will be held at Vaziani and Camp Norio training areas between September 7-18.
The Noble Partner 2020 was modified from its original design and reduced to ensure the safety of all participants due to COVID-19 pandemic.
