In total 140 IDP families will receive homes in the Georgian mineral bath resort of Tskaltubo, where the construction of two residential buildings has already been completed, announces the Georgian Ministry of Infrastructure.
The residential buildings were built in the village of Gvishtibi of Tskaltubo municipality. The surrounding areas include recreational spaces, lighting and playgrounds.
The residential buildings are also adapted for people with disabilities.
The Municipal Development Fund of the ministry is also building six more residential buildings in Tskaltubo in which 560 IDP families will receive flats.
The project started in 2019 and will be completed in 2020-2021.
The cost of the project is about 33 million GEL (about $10.68m/€9.07m).
