Public service halls and community centres will resume work starting tomorrow throughout Georgia. Individuals who want to receive service, should book a visit time on the website www.mygov.ge.
The only service that will not be available during the pandemic is marriage registration with a special festive ceremony, as this service involves a certain amount of people being in a closed space. No one without face masks will be allowed to enter the buildings”, said Georgian Justice Minister Tea Tsulukiani earlier today.
Minister Tsulukiani also mentioned that underage individuals will not be allowed to enter community centres and public service halls throughout the country.
Georgia has reported four new cases of coronavirus earlier today, bringing the total number of cases to 593 in the country.
223 of the 593 patients have recovered, while nine others have died.
As of today 359 people remain infected with COVID-19 in Georgia.
The cities of Batumi and Kutaisi, which were put in lockdown on April 15 to contain the spread of COVID-19, will reopen tomorrow, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia stated earlier today.
Lifting the restrictions for Batumi and Kutaisi means that vehicles will be allowed to leave or enter the cities, however the nationwide curfew between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. remains in force.
