Georgia’s National Communications Commission has launched an internet quality control tool.
Users can visit www.sheamotsme.ge to measure the fixed internet quality and speed and check how the provided internet quality meets the conditions of the provider company.
This is how the website interface looks like. Photo:Capture from the page.
What to do to check your internet quality:
In case of finding an error the system will allow you to automatically fill in a complaint form and send it to the Communications Commission.
Instructions should be strictly followed otherwise complaints will be rejected.
The Commission cooperates with the U.S. Visualware Company. The equipment provided by the company measures five parameters of fixed internet: download speed, upload speed, lost packages, jitter and delay.
