Georgian wines on display at international Raw Wine fair in Berlin

Georgian qvevri wines have been presented at the international artisan Raw Wine fair currently taking place in Berlin on December 1-2, announces the National Wine Agency of Georgia.
The aim of presenting Georgian wines at Raw Wine is to popularise Georgian wine at the international level, which will give wine producers the opportunity to get to know to potential importers of Georgian wine,” says the National Wine Agency of Georgia.

Guests attending the event can taste Georgian wine and also have the opportunity to get to know to the oldest traditions of making Georgian wine, its culture and history, says the Agency.

The event is supported by the National Wine Agency of Georgia and the Embassy of Georgia to the Federal Republic of Germany.
Georgian qvevri wine producers were also presented at Raw Wine which took place in the USA in Los Angeles on November 3-4 and in New York, on October 27-28.
Georgian wine producers have presented their wines at ‘Georgian wine festival’ taken place in Hong Kong, China on November 15, announced the National Wine Agency of Georgia.
Almost two dozen Georgian wine producers are presenting their spirits and wines at ProWine China international wine exhibition currently taking place in Shanghai, China on November 12-14.

Georgian wines made in large, amphora-like clay vessels, the qvevri, were presented at an international exhibition of RAW Wine – the artisan wine fair held in New York on November 4-5.
Georgian wine producers have presented their wines at Vinexpo New York, which took place in New York on 2-3 March. Vinexpo New York is the largest trade event that focuses on the North American wine and spirits market.
Natural wine fair called Zero Compromise has been postponed to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus in Georgia. The natural wine fair was supposed to take place on May 10-11.
