The amount of money transfers to Georgia in September 2019 was $149.8 million, which is a 13.9 per cent increase compared to September 2018.
More than one-third of money transfers come in from the European Union:

- Other countries - $92.86 million (62%)

- US – $15.39 million (10.28%)
- Israel – $13.55 million (9.05%)
- Turkey – $8.18 million (5.46%)
- Spain – $3.48 million (2.32%)
- Germany – $4.38 million (2.92%)
- Ukraine – $4.28 million (2.85%)
- Kazakhstan – $2.93 million (1.95%)
- Poland – $2.92 million (1.95%)
- Kyrgyzstan – $2.58 million (1.72%)
- France – $2.32 million (1.55%)
- Azerbaijan - $2 million (1.34%)
- UK – $1.51 million (1.01%)
- Cyprus - $1.45 million (0.97%)
- Canada – $1.29 million (0.86%)
- Armenia -$1.24 million (0.83%)
$20.5 million was transferred from Georgia to foreign countries in September 2019, which is 6.5 per cent more than it was in September 2018 ($19.2 million).
