‘One Blood: Georgia’, a short video produced by the Georgian National Tourism Administration and GLP Films, has been nominated for Best Adventure Film of 2019 among 750 films in the Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) in Gothenburg, Sweden.
‘One Blood: Georgia’ explores the roots of adventure in the Caucasus Mountains of Georgia through the lens of a paraglider and his grandmother who are crazy about the air”, reads the synopsis of the film.

The ATWS is the most important global event in the field of adventure tourism.
Adventure travel is a type of tourism, involving exploration or travel with perceived (and possibly actual) risk, and potentially requiring specialised skills and physical exertion”, says the Adventure Travel Trade Association.
Adventure tourism is one of the most demanded fields of tourism in the world, and Georgia is a country of unique opportunities in this regard, and this award is another acknowledgment of this fact", said Kvrivishvili.
The video clip has more than 17 million views worldwide on social networks.
The Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) is held annually by the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA).
More than 700 tour operators, bloggers and journalists are participating in ATWS in Sweden this year.
