Georgian armwrestlers have gained 120 medals at European Armwrestling Championship in Loutraki, Greece.
The team of adults received four gold, six silver and five bronze and was ranked second among the other teams.
Junior athletes’ team occupied the first place with 53 medals: 24 gold, 14 silver and 15 bronze.

Para-armwrestlers also did their best and were ranked first among the teams with 23 gold, 20 silver and nine bronze.
The European Armwrestling Championship was organized by the Armwrestling Federation of Greece and lasted from 14 to 23 May.
The Georgian sumo wrestler Levan Gorgadze, known as Tochinoshin has regained the second-highest rank of sumo, Ozeki, after defeating Yokozuna Kakuryu at the sumo championship in Japan.
Canoer Zaza Nadiradze has become the first athlete from Georgia to win the Canoe Sprint World Cup in the Polish city of Poznan. Nadiradze claimed his win in the 200-metre sprint race on Saturday, finishing with 39.191 seconds.
