One area of teaching will see the school prepare and train hiking and mountain guides, ski instructors, specialists for elevation works and landslide safety experts. On completion of the course, students will receive certificates to testify to their new-found skills.

Georgia’s Economy Minister Dimitry Kumsishvili, who attended the school opening ceremony today, said that the school will enroll people based on their professions whose employment will be actually guaranteed.
