The French flag carrier Air France will launch direct regular flights on the route Paris-Tbilisi from April 2019, announces TAV Georgia, the sole operator of Tbilisi and Batumi International Airports.
Negotiations between Air France and the operator company of Tbilisi and Batumi International Airports - TAV Georgia, are already in the final phase. All the operation details were discussed between the parties during the business meeting held in Tbilisi International Airport last week”, read the press release published by TAV Georgia.
Meanwhile, from December 23, new Ukrainian airline SkyUP will start operatibg flights on the route Kiev-Tbilisi.
During the winter season flights will be performed twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays by Boeing 737-800/737-700 type aircrafts.
