We have serious problems concerning construction regulations in the country. Unfortunately, there are a lot of cases when people die at the construction sites”, Kaladze said.

He said the fines for investors are so low that they do not care much for the safety of their employees. This is why, he thinks the higher the fines for investors, the more safety they will ensure for their staff.
