Georgian tennis player Nikoloz Basilashvili has beaten the world number four and top seed Juan Martin del Potro in the men’s final of China Open in Beijing today.
The 26-year-old Georgian tennis player won in two sets with results of 6-4 and 6-4.

In the semi-final Basilashvili defeated British number one Kyle Edmund, world number 16 with results of 7-6 and 6-4.
In the women’s final Caroline Wozniacki defeated Anastasija Sevastova in two sets and won the China Open for the second time.
With his total scores Basilashvili, who has formerly world number 34, will improve his rankings to number 23.
