Georgian mountain town of Kazbegi hosts extreme obstacle race Runmageddon

Georgian mountain town of Kazbegi has hosted extreme obstacle race Runmageddon on 4-7 October.

To participate in ‘Runmageddon Kaukaz 2018’ runners came from different countries, mostly from Poland.

Georgian Armed Forces servicemen also participated in the race.

Holding Runmageddon in Georgia was the initiative of its organiser, a Polish organisation under the same name and it was devoted to the 100th anniversary of Georgian and Polish independence.

The major task of the Runmageddon is to conquer the course strewn with natural and artificial obstacles in the shortest time possible. The distance and number of obstacles are different for the races.
