A new boutique hotel is coming to Sagarejo, a town in Georgia’s wine region Kakheti, to provide beds for the growing numbers of tourists and guests.
In total 7 million GEL (about $2.89m/€2.72m*) will be invested to build the new 30 unit Rooms hotel of Sagarejo.
The National Agency of State Property gave the proper land to the local company City Lofts for 750, 000 GEL, where the buyer will build a new hotel.
The Rooms hotel will have promote agrotourism. More specifically, local and ecologically clean products will be provided in the hotel, which will be planted and harvested on hotel property.
The investor also plans to plant walnut and almond trees, arrange an artificial pool, and construct a family-style entertainment and leisure complex in the Rooms hotel.
