Silk Road Group announces Silk Tower in Batumi

The Silk Road Group, with the financial support of Georgia’s Co-Investment Fund, has announced plans  to build the Silk Tower in Georgia’s coastal Batumi City.

The Silk Tower project covers several stages and its construction will start in 2019.

The first stage of the project includes constructing of the Silk Tower and organizing of a yacht club and adjacent infrastructure.

The following stage includes additional residential buildings, a high-class casino and a hotel, entertaining centers, multifunctional hall and a congress center.

The whole project cost is 250 million USD.

The complex will be a new stage in Batumi development,” the Silk Road Group claims.

The Co-Investment Fund says the project will be socially and economically beneficial for Batumi.
