Georgia’s PM informs Israeli Knesset head on Georgian reforms

Georgia’s Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili continued his visit in Israel with meetings at Israeli legislative body-Knesset. 

Kvirikashvili met the Knesset chairperson Yuli Edelstein and the opposition leader Isaac Herzog today. 

Georgian and Israeli officials highlighted the two countries’ centuries-long friendship  and positively assessed the cooperation between Israeli and Georgian parliaments.

Kvirikashvili familiarized the parliament representatives with already conducted and ongoing democratic reforms in Georgia. 

The officials from both sides stated that high-level visits between the two nations will be an additional stimulus for a deeper partnership in many directions.
