Foreign Minister attends inauguration of Serbian President

Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze attended the ceremony of inauguration of the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic yesterday.

5,000 guests attended the inauguration ceremony at the Serbian Palace including Presidents, Prime Ministers, Foreign Ministers and other high ranking officials including Georgian Foreign Minister Janelidze.

Prior to the inauguration, Janelidze met with Vucic to discuss deepening their trade and economic cooperation. The sides also stressed the necessity of mutually lifting visa requirements for each other’s’ citizens and to launch direct Tbilisi-Belgrade flights.
