Georgia's national basketball team has comfortably won its second European Championship qualifier game.
Georgia defeated Slovakia with a 31-point difference in an away game yesterday.
The match, played in Slovakia’s capital Bratislava, ended with a score of 94-63 and gave Georgia another two points to jointly lead Group F in the Eurobasket qualifiers.

The most valuable player of the match was Georgia’s Tornike Shengelia, who scored 18 points for his side.
Georgia’s Michael Dixon also played well; he contributed 16 points and seven assists. Dixon also had a 100 percent result in three-point field goals and free throws.
In the team's first Eurobasket 2017 qualifier game Georgia defeated Albania 86-47 on August 31.
Next Georgia will play Montenegro at home in Tbilisi on September 7. The game will be played at Tbilisi’s Sports Palace.
