Georgia’s Foreign Ministry has expressed concern about the recent deaths of civilians in eastern Ukraine, resulting from a shell explosion at a bus stop.
The Ministry released an official statement today that expressed sadness over the tragic incident the Leninsky district in Donetsk, where 13 innocent people were killed as a result of a shell explosion at a bus stop named Hormash.
"The increase of civilian casualties is especially disturbing,” said the Ministry.
"We believe that every effort should be made to implement a ceasefire agreement."
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia sent its condolences to the families of the deceased and expressed solidarity to the Ukrainian people.
