President Margvelashvili conveys condolences to the family of ex-TV executive

President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili has expressed his condolences over the death of the former owner of Rustavi 2 television and mayoral candidate of Rustavi city, Erosi Kitsmarishvili.
"I do not have any additional information. I would like to express my condolences towards the family of Mr. Kitsmarishvili over his tragic death," President Margvelashvili said.
He said this case had to be investigated "immediately and urgently".
"Of course this horrible murder has to be answered," Margvelashvili said.
Kitsmarishvili was found dead in his car in Tbilisi yesterday. Officials said a firearm was found nearby, which was registered to Kitsmarishvili.
Founder of Georgian television channel Rustavi 2 and ex-Mayoral candidate of Rustavi city, Erosi Kitsmarishvili, has been found dead in central Tbilisi.
Georgia’s Chief Prosecutor’s Office has concluded its investigation into the 2014 death of Erosi Kitsmarishvili – an ex-owner of Rustavi 2 and former Georgian Ambassador to Russia.
