Georgias foreign trade increased 1% year-to-year in the first ten months of 2013 equal to USD 8.59 billion with the trade gap (negative trade balance) at USD 3.97 billion which compose 46% of total trade turnover, according to figures released by the state statistics office, Geostat, on Monday.
Imports were increased by 4% y/y in January-October 2013 to USD 6.28 billion and exports raised 16% y/y to 3.97 billion.
